Having been around dogs my entire life, I dont blame the dog. It was just doing what dogs do when they get amped up and encouraged by their owners.

The owner however needs a bigger fine and a solid ass kicking and his social media rights taken away indefinetley.

I don't blame the dog it's the dumbass running the dog.
We had a litter of German Shepard pups in Cal.Thier mother
taught them how to run Blacktails in the Muir Woods.
They would chase down a Deer eat the guts out of it and
leave it lay.Day after day if they could catch one they would.
Ended up giving he dogs away at a local feed store.Once they
had the taste there was no stopping them.
