I applied for moose and already know i cannot apply for any other big game animal for first draw.... however, am i not allowed to apply for an unlimited tag? i always thought that you could but am having a difficult time finding it in the regulations.

I'm going to actualy devote time to archery lope this year. Had tag a few times but never perused it due to archery elk. Any pointers feel free to share. I have a blind and lots of sun block:)

Don't need camo in a blind, better to wear black shirt as most of the background is black in the blinds. Camo actually sticks out in them compared to black. Wear shorts in them to cause it can get hot as heck. I always pack my camo clothes just incase i got spot and stalking. If you can, try and position your blind where the sun comes up on the right or left sides of the blind then goes overhead or behind you. Isn't any fun looking into the sun all day out the front of your blind, plus its hotter facing the sun and the animals will pick up movement easier with the sun beating in on you. Bring a good comfortable chair, i have had hours of no activity and usually try to nap off and on. Another thing you can do to pass time if you can afford to bring extra stuff, we used to bring a BB gun in the blind. When there is no action there is always stuff to plink at. It's quiet and won't spook any animals that you may not see. Try to get set up and in your blind an hour before sunrise, just incase you spooked any animals, they will come back because they will need water sometime. Just a few pointers from my blind hunting days, you will have a good time!

You bet, i always liked hunting antelope from a blind. Never know what may come in. Had pretty good mule deer come to water also. Lots of other animals too, birds, skunks, badgers, sage grouse, snakes. Try to make sure there are no cows or sheep in the same pasture! they ruin alot of hunting and are curious and want to rub or lick the blind. Plus they stir up alot of dust. Bring extra BBs LOL!
