Yep same here. It was a crazy surprise seeing the email that they are available early. Oh well, maybe next year.

I played around with the numbers and somehow managed to pull a rifle bull elk tag in NM. Same unit as last year!

I remember 25 years ago when I could draw 16A archery every single year.... if I only knew how to elk hunt back then my walls would be covered with giants!

Ended my drought this year. Three out of six apps received tags. All archery. Now the fun begins. Learning new places and practicing shooting. Feeling lucky.
