DIY Roosevelt?

a buddy of mine just moved to OR...,
Curious if DIY public land for Roosevelt's in OR or WA, is possible? does CA have Roosevelt?

I think I read the OR Roosevelt are OTC and a ton of pressure? wondering if maybe there's a limited semi easy draw for Roosevelt?

all 3 have Roosies. yes its possible to DIY rifle and bow. yes theres lots of pressure. oregon has a few limited draws but pressure is still around. i dont hunt washington or Cal so cant speak for those destinations. if want more info you can send PM so we can talk more?

Mostly otc in Western units still. Low success rates, but definitely a hunt that can be fun DIY.
