Had a ranch and landowner to help me out on this hunt through my brother which is why I picked this zone to hunt in.At the last minute had it yanked out from under me.Any ideas on any areas to hunt?Going to have to do a diy hunt now.Not going to be picky and would be happy with any legal bull. Thanks,Bruce

Just found out they don't even have the wilderness area marked off on the trees or nothing. No boundry line or anything. You can step from the national forest onto wilderness land without even knowing it.Thats mind boggling.

That's Wyoming for you Bruce, It's your responsibility to know where you're at. Private land doesn't have to be posted either. My advice, for what it's worth...is to buy a good GPS if you don't already have one. And buy a chip on the Wyoming G&F website, showing all the land designations...NF, BLM,State & Private. Worth it's weight in gold when some rancher wants to kick you off public land.

i HAVE THE OREGON 400 WITH CHIPS FOR COLORADO & WYOMING. Well worth the money. Even has the landowners name as listed in county land maps.

Thanks for the information. Now all I'll have to do is learn how to use one between now and Sept.15th.Sure makes it hard when you live over 2,500 miles away.Lol
