Im heading out to Region D on Oct. 8 for the second week of rifle season and I have been watching the weather in Wyo., it seems they are calling for a bunch of rain the last couple of weeks, just wondering if anyone can confirm if it has been a wet summer out there and if it will play any part in the hunting. Mainly the Medecine Bow area.
