Compatible car window mount and tripod pan head

I have a promaster tripod and a Vortex spotting scope and need to purchase a new pan head for the tripod along with a car window mount.

I was hoping I could purchase two products (possibly from the same company if needed) where the same quick release plate can be used to quickly and easily move my tripod back and forth between between the tripod and the car window mount. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate.
