From a response on a previous post, I have posted some data regarding Colorado Moutain Goat preference point growth since 2003. There has been a significant increase in total point holders and "top end" weighted points as well. Luckily, you dont have to hold the most points to have any chance to draw. It that was true, it seems like a lot of people would never draw in their lifetime (ex. Wyoming). I hope this information is useful.
