Colorado GMU-231

I've been doing some research on GMU-231 to hunt it OTC archery the years I don't draw my limited draw archery tag. Any thoughts,comments or experience out there? As always I can trade info I have in other GMUs in the state. Thanks

I used to hunt this unit. Started to become extremely popular. There used to be a lot of elk running around during the archery season but now every time I go in there I end up seeing more people than elk. Pretty sure once archery season rolls around and the people start flooding in the elk head straight for the private. If you are pretty dead set on hunting this unit I'd focus on the southern part of it away from the roads. Other than that there are some great units to the south with less roads and pressure that a guy would probably have more luck in.
