Truck is broke down and waiting for parts so I am behind by about 2 weeks for the ML season.
I need to get out and shoot the thunder boomer. I just need to decide which one to use, the TC Triumph .50 or the TC Renegade in .54.
The Triumph packs easier but I love that old sidelock .54 and 430 grain slugs.

Right now concentrating on fishing as I just put a new fish finder in the pontoon boat. Have a big regional cowboy shoot in a week then over to Vallecito Res for a week of fishing. The I'll start hunting season with a week long scouting trip here in Colo. for my 4th season ES elk hunt. I'll also be helping out an Eastman blog guy from La. scouting next week. Probably make 2 or 3 scouting trips as my elk unit is pretty close to home.

Jealousy! This year will be the first year in the last 7 that I'm not headed out to hunt something, somewhere, out West.
