I bought the Eberlesstock X2 this spring. Other than being a little noisy, I absolutely love this pack. It just seems to fit perfectly and 30# feels like 10. You can strap on a hind elk quarter with no issues at all. I did it twice this year. Its nice to be able to take a quarter out on your first trip out. ell worth the money in my opinion.

I bought the Badlands SuperDay pack this year and I am madly in love with it. It has a lot of pockets and you can make it fit your body perfectly. Normally I hate carrying packs around but I love this one.

ive had a 2200 for 4 years now and packed a lot of weight in it. I love it. Only complaint is for the early season is its really warm and your back will sweat. later in the season I plan to anticipate this if im going to be wearing my pack for most of the day and can usually cut down on a layer of clothing.

Another vote for the Badlands 2200. What I like is when you harvest, you can throw a quarter or two on and make the first trip out comfortable with meat, or antlers. And the pack isn't that big, so you can use it as a day pack too!

I would vote for the badlands 2200 if they would get their zippers fixed. It is comfortable and hold a ton of weight but it will make you so frustrated sometimes with those zippers that will open easily and take 5 minutes to get it to the point where your crap won't fall out.

Now that Eberlestock has released more info on the warhammer I think it would be hard to beat. Small enough for a day pack and adaptable enough to build it out to whatever. I may have to find someone who wants a 1 year old dragonfly and try one out for myself.
