Since a year ago, Arizona does not allow any changes to applications, regardless if you applied online or with paper application. You're only allowed to update credit card info.
You can withdraw your app and should be able to reapply if the app period is still open. The head of the draw dept told me yesterday to call the draw dept directly to withdraw.
