Back in the hotel, had a blast but no grip and grin. Dogs started one yesterday and pushed it just over 2 miles before they lost it in a bare spot that melted off .
Today we turned out at 830 and didn't didn't get back to the truck till just after 4. We cut a track at about 6 but the dogs couldn't start it so we tried looping and seeing if we could get a better track. Turned out at 830 and was treed by 920. Cat was jumping tree to tree kinda messed with the young dogs. Frist tree was just under 2 mile run for dogs. About 10 it finally jumped to the ground and over the ridge they went. We went back to the truck to cut off a bunch of leg work and drove to about 3/4 from it. Up we went and it jumped at least 5 more timez before we could get too it. Big female old too. Caught the dogs and trying to get a shot when she jumped again and headed over the top instead of down or side hill. That was it dogs were as whipped as us. Had 2 dogs pull out of there collars but we were able to get them back .
Learned lots and has a blast.
Fyi looking for a nice set of used golf clubs lol.
