Buck or Doe Decoy?

Hey guys, looking for some advice from all the experts on here. This year will be my first year antelope hunting in NW Nebraska with a bow. We are planning on going in late Sept....and again maybe if we need too sometimes in late Nov. Any how I have a question. From what I read and learned talking to others, the bucks can really react to a decoy nearing rut time. So I ordered a buck and doe Montana brand decoy and also want to make a decoy to attach to my crossbow. A popular brand that attaches to a bow uses a doe image. Does it matter? Is a doe image on a stalking decoy better than a buck? Any pro or con comments out there? Hey, thanks for your time.

Depends on the rutting activity. Not sure when it ends up there. Right now my son is using a buck decoy as the bigger bucks are shadowing the herds getting ready to pounce and or take them over. He had one come the whole way back to him after a blown stalk to check out the decoy.
