I've been a mathews man for 5 years. Upgraded from a DXT to the new ez7 this spring. I shot it for a few weeks and it just never felt right. I changed grips and releases, just never felt good and never performed to my expectations. I decided to research other bows. On paper the Invasion looked great. I liked the length, brace height, and the way the axles mount to the limbs. The CPX system which actually makes the riser a deflex as opposed to a reflex sounded like a great idea as well. I decided to test one at the archery shop and I fell in love. I don't have the money to buy two bows a year, but I scrathed up the money and couldn't be happier. I will say the Invasion has slightly more noise than the new mathews, and the the draw is not as smooth. However, the trade off is more than worth it, especially when you factor in the added speed. There was also some post shot vibration on the Invasion before I put on my stabilizer, sight, rest... I don't know if the equipment I put on fixed it or if the rest and sight the shop had on for demos was loose or damaged. Hope that helped, if I forgot anything I'll be happy to answer any questions. Good luck.
