Safe travels all coming into Laramie for the big game this weekend.
Highway Patrol and Sheriff are stepping up patrols along I-80 and 287.

Few suggestions to avoid the man:

don't speed more than 4 miles over
don't follow to close
make sure all tail lights etc are working
maintain a single lane of travel
slow down for LEO with someone pulled over

These will get you pulled over and searched possibly, along 287 especially. They definitely " fear the reefer".

Some good dark and amber beers on tap at The Library.

And the big one, leave the drinking for after the game when you get home or to your hotel.

Or get a designated driver who has zero to drink

I have actually found that it is a lot of fun to stay sober and watch my drunk friends.

I also save a lot of money being the sober one now.

On a different note, I'll be firing up my smoker Saturday morning before the rain. Mule deer and elk backstrap and a stuffed elk tenderloin. Some post oak wood was a nice surprise last week when a relative came up for a visit. It will be great for the game meat.
