My wife and kids got me a small blackstone that I can use at home or pretty easily take camping. We used for just about every meal and even used it to heat up the coffee this past weekend. How many of you use something liket this and tell me any and all tricks I should know!

Use ours every weekend.
I have a big one with 2 air fryers and a hot holding basket. We love it! So easy to cook large meals on from breakfast to ribeyes.
You can see ours behind me in this pic of me and my grandson.

The one that I have has had so many onions, mushrooms, and bacon cooked on it that there is a permeate onion/bacon flavoring on it without having to add any of those items. On camp outs on the desert that I used to go on myself and a friend were the designated bacon cookers. Between our two grills we would render out around 20 pounds of bacon each morning.

On my brother in laws grill we put a good quality of olive oil onto it when it was new, then heated it up and cured it close to the same way that you would a dutch oven.

That’ll work!,
I figured LOL, we have now used it about every other day. It is getting a pretty good flavor and the color is looking really good. Very similar to cast iron seasoning like mentioned above. The next fun meal I do on it I will get a picture or two to post.

Post pics of some of the meals you guys have done!
