Black Hills South Dakota H3 Elk Help

All, I was fortunate and drew an H3 tag for the Black Hills elk season.( Southern Hills)
I will be starting my physical scouting later this month and was wondering if anyone knows the area or has any tips on areas that a person should start scouting. I have hunted the H2 area on and off for the last 25 or so years, H3 and the Southern Hills are much more undiscovered to me.
Please DM me if you have any ideas or area where one should start to scout and to look for elk, or if you know some of the area.
Obviously the elk move at different times of the year, so Please no negative comments, and any help is appreciated.
I feel its never to early to start scouting.

I haven't hunted H3, but I had an H1 tag about 10 years ago. Opening morning I was right on the southwest corner of H1 and was hearing lots of bugles right across the road to the south. I would check out the northeast side, but I have heard H3 is the best unit in the Hills to draw . I know a guy who was just road hunting in H3 and shot a 320 bull.
