This would have been a nice one to harvest, but then again his gene's are still out there!
Thats a pic of him the year before he died , it's a 4x6, the tips of the main beams have been shortened by some little toothy critter. I found him in this condition about forty yards from the stand I hunted (see previous coues post). My buddy said they hadn't seen him in two years. I would have never come upon this find if it weren't for some really really slow snooping and poking, and those white bones don't blend in with anything out there!
