Best way to pack your Sitka Bivy 30 for 2-3 day hunts?

I recently just bought a Sitka Bivy 30 pack and I am planning on using it this next season for some backpack elk hunts and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get the most out of it? Also for people who use the Bivy 30, how do you most effectively pack in and also pack out with a quarter or other meat load?

noticed you posted a while back. I'm a Sitka owner but dont own a Sitka pack. How'd it perform for you this year?

Best way to pack that pack would be put it up for sale and get another pack. I have seen the shoulder straps go on someone while packing out an elk. Sitka is a great company dont get me wrong I own alot of there clothing but there packs are not near the quality of there clothing.

Sitka makes ok packs IF you don't put meat in them in my opinion. They will hold fine for lighter loads. Go back and get a frame for heavy hauling though.
