Hey guys,
I'm planning a spring bear hunt next year for Montana and would have picked three possible destinations for the hunt. The first is in the Custer national forest (Sioux Ranger District or Ashland Ranger District) in southeast Montana and also the BeaverHead-Deerlodge National forest. Any info on the three areas would be great. I will be hiking and camping for the hunt so any info on terrain, amount of bear and possible other land for the hunt would be great. I plan on hutning 5-7 days total and I'm not afriad to get out there. Thanks all.
