Avatar help?

Ok for the record I'm usually pretty good at this stuff! How do I add an avatar and signature on this site? I was going to keep clicking random buttons until I found it but I heard my my wife's voice saying "just stop and ask for directions" uggg

Forum Action>Edit Profile>Edit Avatar/Edit Signature(left side of screen)>follow directions to link to pic url or upload pic/put in what you want your sig to be...it's generally good forum etiquette to size down pics in signatures.
