Anyone with experience hunting Sandhill Cranes in TX, OK, any other suggestions

Hi all,

Hunting Sandhill cranes has been on me and my wife's bucket list for some time. This late December, we will be in TX and OK on a big road trip. We could bounce to another state if needed to make this hunt happen. Does anyone have any information they would like to share or recommended outfitters?

I went last year between Christmas and New Years and had a blast. If you are still interested, I will check with my son and get the information for you.

I have never really wanted to shoot one but I always wanted to try eating one. I hear they are delicious.
