Got a new 0 degree Hyke and Byke sleeping bag to replace my old 6 lb bag.
Anybody else get some new gear, guns, etc?

Not me but I bought my son a new rifle and a bunch of hunting stuff. He turns 12 this next year and gets to finally deer hunt.

I got myself a new cab enclosure for my Yamaha Viking and had a window made for it.

I received a gear bag, socks and a camp pullover.

Another Christmas down.

I got another pair of shooting sticks and another knife. Both of which I have 20 of in various models and didn't need any more...

To be honest, I was hoping for gift cards.

My wife got me a BH heavy duty adjustable receiver hitch. It was advertised on this site for the last couple months. I haven't used it yet, but it is VERY well made, and made in the USA to boot. (Actually, I bought it, then she wrapped it up and I act all surprised on Christmas. It sure beats getting more stuff that I don't need.)

Bought a few things for myself. MSR NX two man tent, Platypus Gravity water filter system, and a Stone Glacier Sky 5900 pack. Also bought a few clothing items made of wool.

Yeah, getting what you want/need trumps surprises every time!

Parents got me a SoloHunter rifle cover. If you haven't seen one before I would suggest giving them a look. Its a really nice item! I also got a GunVault SV500 single gun safe that I'll mount to my bed frame for quick access in the middle of the night if needed!
