Does Wyoming offer doe antelope tags for early archery season?

You should be able to purchase the archery stamp after you drew a doe/fawn license for most units.

Most tags are valid for archery and rifle season. Just need the archery license with your doe tag to hunt archery, it is over the counter. Make sure when your season opens, some Aug 1 some Aug. 15.
