Antelope Behavior Question

this is my first year actively hunting antelope, but with a bow. one thing ive noticed is a decoy makes a world of difference!!! the days I didn't use a decoy they would see me and run. with the decoy they can see me but if I toss it up they stop and get closer! this morning I had a heard getting chased by three yotes, I was behind the decoy and as soon as they looked in my direction they came straight at me. I was popping my head over to get a reading and the yotes seen me and ran like crazy but the lopes kept coming and stopping at 60 yards. I hate to admit it but I shot and missed, right over the back! they all jumped but didn't leave. by this time they could all see me but I swear that decoy kept them in place. I wasn't able to get another shot off though, once one decided to bail they were out of there.
