I am trying to narrow down which of these units to spend most of my time hunting in. By looking at some maps it looks like unit 73 has a ton of blm land in it that should hold some antelope. I have some topo maps ordered already, that should be better to look at. In the mean time can anyone tell me about some places to camp/or hotels to stay at nearby? Or anything that they know about the area?
Thanks,

Sunflower flats holds quite a few antelope. You could camp at Big Bend Campground for easy access to that area not too mention the grounds are fairly nice. Majority of the east side of highway 225 is mostly public land so getting around will be really easy. If you wanted to stay in a telly, Elko has multiple places to stay at.
