Another CA Guy

Hi,

I have been following for a couple years now and figured it's time to join the fun. I live in North eastern CA and stopped hunting about 10 years ago. I was and still am very big into flyfishing and couldn't help but get back into hunting after running into so many big bucks / bears and lots of other hidden gems in California's high country. I'm surprised there is no fishing link on this forum with all the outdoor adventures we all love. Everyone above thanks again and if your just getting into flyfishing it's amazing, once you get to the point that your hunting out each fish not just throwing flies, you'll really appreciate what a sport fly fishing is. My only suggestion is buy a nice rod up front. I have been fishing for over 20 years and buying a quality rod would have helped my learning curve times ten.
