Heard of another up south fork, 3 guide's were hauling out an elk and it attacked them on horse's, they shot it. Getting crazy out there!!

There is some sort of bear incident about every day it seems. Even black bears are mauling people in Wisconsin, going in hotels in Colorado, and griz killing the kid at the line in Alaska. Plus two more in Montana, Griz and black bears in Cody, and this one, and that was all just this last week.

This griz incident is just plain crazy as it takes place at a home. The video is amazing.

So I did a little research on the grizzly problem in Montana and I found a really revealing quote from a FWP spokesperson (I wont mention his name to help protect him from his own idiocy).

"It’s if these trends become trends, and they continue to happen and continue to increase, then it becomes alarming,"

Emphasis was mine.

This comment was in response to the concern for how many grizzlies are getting killed- the article never once mentioned that quite often a killed bear also represented an injured or killed person/livestock or damage to property. Oh woe is me, that poor grizzly was killed by my totaled truck when it was crossing the road to go eat my cattle.
