This is getting really old. Sure wish our judicial system would take this and make an example out of them. Wishful thinking, I suppose.

I agree, this poaching crap is getting old. I hope these guys are spending their Thanksgiving in jail. The fines for poaching should be increased, most times the fines the Judges hand down don't even cover what the investigation costs were. They need to charge them for total investigation costs...PLUS a huge fine and loss of any equipment (including vehicles) used in the crime, and some meaningful Jail time....NO plea bargains.

I doubt that was a misprint. media types tend to view all hunting as poaching
