Hodgdon pistol and shotgun powders will probably be in short supply for a while longer. This year has been the year to experiment with different recipes. We are seeing and selling lots of Accurate, most likely because it is what's available. I don't have much experience with Accurate so I have been sticking to my little stockpile to keep feeding the boomsticks. IMR and Alliant are also making a slow return to the shelves. Just going to be some time till its there each time you look for it.I've been seeing decent supply of IMR and Alliant powders, but Hodgdon has been scarce.
There was a 8# jug of H4831sc for sale on alaska's list 12/10 . Might check it out.I'm beginning to see a little better supply of gun powder and even a few .22lr cartridges on the shelves, How is it where you are. I still can't find some of the powders I use the most; H4831sc but I'm getting by pretty well.
I have 1 unopen box of the 140 accubonds plus an open box with 16 bullets i would sell you. .284 caliberStill tough here. I'm still on the look out for varget(that might take awhile) and also some 140 accubonds in .284. Found some brass but could only get my hands on nosler brass.
Everything seems to be making a slow come back. I even found some Win 17 Rimfire magnum 20gr. a few weeks ago at Jay's in Clare, MI. I had been searching for over 8 months without any success until then. I can finally test out a barrel I had made for my TC Contender. Happy Days!!!
