Alternate Venison Roast usage

I've done quite a few corned venison roasts this year already. It's turned into one of our favorites because we can have so many different meals with it from reuben sandwiches to breakfast hash.

Did the corned thing last year for the first time. It is my favorite way to use a roast now

Slice thinly and make a stir fry. I use the seasoning packages from the grocery store.

Cube the roast and your favorite stew veggies and pressure cook until it's mushy. Then add some flour to thicken. Serve on tortillas with cheese and your favorite salsa/pico. Carne guisada.
