Not surprised that this is happening. Probably a good thing for better quality and less crowds.

Anything that maintains sustainable harvest and increases opportunity is a good thing.
Eliminating the guide rule would be a huge step in the right direction.
I feel sorry for the average guy that wants to hunt sheep.
And I feel so blessed to have been able to hunt sheep myself.
It is the pinacle of my hunting life and I wish everyone to have the same experience.
