2nd Season Rifle Elk Hunt on private ranch, 1-2 spots available for 2017

I'm new to the forum, but had a hunting buddy recommend reaching out to the community for help filling an Elk hunt outside Montrose, CO this upcoming October.

I reserved three spots for a 5+ day guided Elk hunt on a private ranch Oct. 25-30, 2017. One guy had to back out leaving one spot open, could also get a 4th spot for the hunt if interested in bringing a pair.

Private ranch is 8,000+ acres, family owned and operated. Used these guys in 2016 and had an amazing experience (hence re-booking in 2017). Extremely affordable compared to all other fully guided hunts I've researched (will provide full details and hunting contract for anyone interested)

$3000 for all Guide Services, Food, Drink, Lodging, Transportation on Ranch, Field Dressing, Packing out.

Pretty cheap if it's a good ranch. What tag do you need or is this a voucher? Any pics of elk taken in the last couple years? How many were 6x6?

We bought over-the-counter bull tags at the local conservation office last year. I believe it's in Unit 61 or 62 (the ranch is on the border). I don't know their stats the last few years, but I know hunting was tough in that area last year. That said, we filled 2 of our 3 tags with a 4x4 and a 5x5...chased a big 6x6 on our final day but couldn't get on him before we lost light.
