Im trying to decide on my 2nd choice since the odds of drawing my first choice are pretty low this year. I think i have it narrowed down to units 16, 18 and 21 mostly based on draw odds and % of public land. My biggest concern is access to the public land. 21 has the most public land but alot of it is getting into the bighorn mountains and im wondering if there are many antelope in that area? Just wondering if anyone has any experience or thoughts on these areas.
