I got an archery buck tag…. Sure hope to see a couple I am wondering about return…



Entire family got creeped on elk so will be looking for tags outside the draw. My soon to be 80 year old father will get a local late season cow tag, hope for a first season bull tag for the wife, and something fun for my daughter who is old enough to hunt this year.

I will be hunting private land cow elk. One of my Masonic Lodge brothers has some land not too far from my home place and he gets some land owner tags each year. He told me he is saving a cow tag for me. It will be a great freezer filler and a lot of fun with his family, especially his grandkids. I'll get to help and mentor them.

We drew 15, it is an either tag so i really like that option since we have never stepped foot in the area before.
