2014 Bull

Had a hunt of a lifetime last year in CO. Here's my public land bull I got on day 1, hour 1. Hope to get it from the taxidermist this week.

That's a nice CO bull! Tell us about the load you used in the smokepole...

Thanks. I used 300 grain Thor bullet with Blackhorn 209 powder. It was a 40 yard shot and he dropped in his tracks. I found the bullet just under the skin on the opposite side and it performed as advertised...almost a perfect mushroom.
