What are the coldest backpack trips you have taken and what are the tricks to staying warm with packable gear? I am planning a trip this fall lows at night will be in the teens and highs in the 30-40s. Any tips?

I am from Minnesota. I love to hunt anything I get a chance to go after. I have hunted in Ontario, new Mexico , Texas, colorado, and North Dakota. I have an any deer bow tag for north Dakota this year so I will be trying for my first ever mule deer this year. Can't wait.
