    Elk Units 60, 70, and 71

    I was wondering if anybody had any input on how these general elk hunt areas (60,70, and 71) might be for a non-resident DIY? I realize the wilderness areas are off limits. If you respond, please do so by PM. Any info. is appreciated. Thanks.
