I have been in Idaho for 7 years and finally drew a tag this year. Unit 63-2 muzzy antelope. The secret was planning a trip to WY for antelope. Of course the seasons overlap. Ha ha! Been trying for moose last 3 years.

I have yet to eat a bad one! Killed a bunch in Eastern CO out of dry land wheat fields. Superb table fare.

Saw a really good antelope buck in that unit during last year's deer season. Biggest antelope I've seen in Idaho. He was hanging out with a bunch of mule deer, literally feeding with them as they moved. Just outside the North Owyhee Wilderness boundary - 42.37441, -116.86001

Thanks for the responses. I know it's weird to some that we are devoting so much time to antelope, but it's my favorite kind of hunting and I'd spend two weeks if I had the vacation! We are bringing shotguns and fishing rods so if we do tag out early we will keep ourselves occupied.

My dad and I drew buck tags for GMU 52-2. We'll be hunting the second week and have 7 full days. We are staying in Riverside. We plan on taking our time, looking over a a lot of bucks and being selective. We are in Idaho so it will be all map scouting before we arrive. I'm looking for any...
