For what it's worth, you can also get an OTC javelina tag that's good for most units. The season runs from mid-January through the end of March. It's a chance to get outdoors hunt, plus you can evaluate a couple different spots for deer hunting while you're out.

Best of luck on your trip! I'll actually be hunting Africa again this summer. More than anything else, what really gets expensive about Africa is all the return trips. My first safari was over 10 years ago. I have so much fun each trip and I keep going back!
