If I am unsucessful on drawing a tag this year, I was wondering if I could get some input from you guys on where to go where the tags are OTC. I am planning on doing an archery elk hunt in the backcountry. Should I look into Idaho, or Colorado?

Hey guys I was just wondering if you can buy points yet or not for Wyoming. I was on the website last night, and all I could find was applications for a license. Maybe I wasn't looking in the right place?? Thanks.
