Some advice on Speed Goat Areas

I appreciate the forum and those who willing share their knowledge. I have a son that will be leaving on an LDS mission in the spring of 2014, so I would like to take all three of my sons on an antelope hunt in WY next fall (2013) before he leaves. We use to go out by Saratoga years ago but it's...

    Growing old on moose points!

Well, fifteen years ago I started putting in for moose here in Utah. That's $150 of handling fees and still waiting for the ding on my credit card. Been putting in for North Slope Summit unit the past four years, so if you fellow hunters would kindly NOT put in for that unit, I may have a chance.

    Some of our Best Bucks

I got my buck back from the taxidermist this past week, so I thought a picture of the bucks we've taken over the years was in order. I think it turned out pretty good. Great memories with the boys and their hunts. It's interesting how your focus changes as you get older. As my boys started to...

    Snow Pack

I'm waiving the white flag to ole man winter. Our snow pack is great this year but I worry about the deer if it lasts too much longer. The deer are still looking pretty good thus far but the snow is getting pretty darn deep here at 6500 feet elevation.

    Broadheads

There are so many great broad heads on the market today and really it's a personal choice, but you definitely need two things to make them ethical: Razor Sharp & Durable. I used the G5 Striker last year and was very impressed. What does everyone else on the forum use?
