Drew my limited mule deer tag. Not the best year.

Umm...I live in Utah and other than an occasional doe tag, I apply for Wyoming and NV (might toss in NM every once and awhile). if you are apply to Utah as a non res you should be apply for deer, elk and whatever once in a lifetime hunt. I would not pay for a license to apply just for pronghorn.

Nothing for me yet and I should at least drawn my archery tag. Hopefully my cc is just slow.

Cheap a CVA wolf is nice and will get you out to 250. I have one as a backup/loaner. It’s lite. Wanting something longer range the CVA paramount with BH209 seems to be one of the better options from a factory. I have a custom 458 smokeless that I typically run BH209 in for hunting.

I have a savage 7mm wsm, 28” barrel with brake, XLR chassis, bipod and nightforce shv. Weighs in at over 12 pounds. I have carried it way to far for its weight. probably going to pick up a the new savage ultralight.

Now go to the Berger 156 gr in the 6.5 PRC. better on wind and more energy on target.

I was about to pick up a high country and say the new ultralight. Probably going to get the ultralight MSRP is $1500 and guessing you will be able to find it for 1200-1300 once they are out.

Thanks, hoping that two of us can draw the unit I planned to hunt 1st choice no points. I already took 15 days of leave so if we don’t draw, I guess I will be part of the over crowding on other OTC units.
