What is awhile? The last issue arrived after the deadline for the states in the MRS. I figure it will show next week.....

I didn't mark down the day it came but my recollection is that I've had it for at least a couple weeks.

I had to call 2 weeks ago for my May/June issue. Eastman's sent me another one. I just got it a couple days ago. Haven't received my June/July issue yet! I moved to Idaho 2 months ago and started having trouble getting my issues since the move. No issues in the 6 or 7 years prior.

You must rate better than me. I called today and was told that if the magazine isn't 4 weeks late it isn't late so they won't send me a copy at this time and asked me to call again in a week. I'm not the kind of person that is going to make multiple calls because a company can't keep up their end of the deal. Over and out.

I do not for a second believe when folks tell me something (generally the something being a payment for something) gets lost in the mail. I have never failed to get my bills paid on time , BECAUSE it was lost in mail. and have found that those who do ,generally have it happen again an again an again................

joe,they should send ya another copy?when I called,i went over my subscription status,ect to makesure all is good,,i havnt received it yet but they said they would send it again,weather it fell off the wagon train or not.4 week wait is unacceptable when its already late in the first place?

Joe, I had customer service check on your subscription status. Your EBJ subscription has been expired since EBJ 99. Let me know if that is an error by message and I will personally ship you a magazine.
