Question about what to expect.

I had a few questions about an antelope tag I drew for public land in Northeast New Mexico.
I have done all my research and even driven through the unit on a couple past trips out there.
What I am looking for is what to expect. There is a good amount of State land and access seems really good. The unit has 45 tags for the season I drew.
I know New Mexico also sells land owner tags. What I am unsure about is how pressured the antelope will be. I know from past Wyoming hunts in lower demand units antelope seem to get pushed to private land. I even wondered if antelope might pushed to public land. Any way I would like to know what others have seen or think.

My experience helping out kids in two different northeast New Mexico units is there will be plenty of animals on the state ground. If you want you can PM me, maybe a unit I’m familiar with.
