I'm looking to purchase a Vortex Razor Spotting scope in 65mm. If anyone has any leads on a used one or a new one discounted, that would be great.

Camera land has them for $1000 used or $1200 new.

Most of the time these thing do require proof

Yes they will want to see a DD214, but will accept other documents like a NGB23B if you were National Guard. I ordered my spotting scope on monday and had it in hand on wednesday of the same week.
