Very interesting leaving out New Mexico and Nevada, but giving high praise to Colorado which is known for massive slaughter of small raghorns, except in hard to draw units...Whereas I know of a large number of bulls between 360-400 taken in general tag units here in WY this year...But that being said every person you ask is going to have a different selection of the top six for the most part. But being a Idaho native, I have a hard time agreeing Idaho over new mexico and nevada in terms of number of BIG bulls that are taken each year..The name of the article says "Best state for a monster bull", yet for both colorado and Idaho it seems he makes his choice based on the fact you can just have a good hunt there with lots of elk or public land... I think he got a little off his topic when he started writing...
