Had good stuff last night - Reverse seared antelope strap, garlic butter mushrooms, garlic parmesan baked asparagus and a side salad. Unfortunately it was our last package of antelope steak from last fall. Sure wish the population was doing better. It may be a while before I get this for supper again.

Made A duck philly cheese steak last night, under the pepper jack cheese is sautéed onion and bell pepper. Pan seared the duck in a cast iron skillet then sliced cross grain. Toasted the bread with butter and duck fat. It was pretty darn good.duck philly.jpgduck philly meat.jpg
