SW Colorado early summer weather

We have been getting a lot of rain here in SW Colorado. It has rained every afternoon for the last week. It's a little early for our monsoon season, but who knows. Usually June is our driest month of the year, but not this year. I'll keep everyone posted as it gets closer to archery season.

Got a 1/2 " this afternoon. Man it was a downpour, lightning and thunder!

We've been getting a good rain every day for the last few days, my lawn is loving it.

The town went to a tier billing system for our water starting this year and I'm trying to keep my water bill under $500 so most of my lawn is a shade just above dead.

We’re heading up to South Fork, Co in three weeks to get out of the South Texas heat for a week. Hopefully it stays cool and green up there!

Raining again this am. I turned of my timed water system 3 days ago and it's still off.
